I feel like apartment rates are to high

The dishwasher does not turn on. I think they were focused on the leak under the sink and determined it was not caused by dishwasher so they found the reason for the leak and did not check on the dishwasher.

First maintenance report "medium" didn't have any response. Second request "emergency" the maintenance person came right away and took care of the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I love The Amberlin.. I am living in a substantially large apartment that comes with a reasonable price. The campus is wonderful for anyone who wants to remain active. A Swimming pool, pickleball court, and bocce ball, as well as a well equipped workout room lend to an environment that encourages keeping active. The staff, by far, are the best part of living here. Their availability and kind assistance make this a relaxed and enjoyable place to live, but the maintenance staff, is the best part, their quick response and professionalism make me feel like my needs really matter.

I've been at previous residencies, which were old, shabby and poorly maintained. Activities were a joke! Upon entering Amberlin Georgetown for the 1st time, my family and I gasped at the beauty from the lobby. Once the kind and patient staff member showed us around, it was a done deal!! There are so many amenities and events. Both the residents and the entire staff are just a joy to be around, kind and helpful. The apartments come fully equipped with new appliances: large stove and convection top, large microwave, modern refrigerator with an ice maker, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a.c. under your control, lovely patios, trash valet, pest control, internet and cable and so much more. If you're 55+ and looking for a place to call home, seek no further. This is it!

I like the tents that I met on my tour and the person that gave the tour answers most of my questions.they have a schedule of activity that you could participate in if you chose to, and its in a gated community. Mary S.

I love my apartment!! My dog has his own fenced in yard, plus a dog park so he can socialize with other dogs. There is always plenty to do here, so if you are lonely it is by choice. The sense of community is very strong, and people genuinely care and look out for each other. And the staff is awesome; friendly and always ready to assist in any problems you might come up with.

I have been at Amberlin a month now and I have jumped right in and become as busy as I want to be. It is great having activities right where you live. The special events like the tea party, celebrating birthdays and holidays with a community of people close to your age has been great. The pool and pickleball along with other exercising opportunities are so nice and convenient. Staff are great and have found many people here that I have connected with who share similar interests and values. I’m glad I chose Amberlin in Georgetown.

I have been living at Amberlin Georgetown for 6 weeks. My Experience here has been outstanding. From the very beginning the management, and maintenance teams along with Apartment Life Senior Service Coordinator all have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I have been welcomed and taken care of with Love and Support. It is rare to find a community where the staff is committed to helping residents and following through on their promises. Gratitude to Alexis, Angelica, Shelley, Will, Tyler, Terry, and Vivian for embracing me into this community I now call Home. I highly recommend Amberlin at Georgetown to anyone looking for a Friendly, Loving, Peaceful, well managed, and supportive 55+ community (Paige)

Wonderful accommodations. Beautiful setting. Peaceful. Enjoyed the morning tea and coffee ☕️ 😋 I felt as if I could be in my own home. Thank you for hosting my Daughter and I. The Amberlin is a well run, peaceful place to call home. Lots to do, the community is a fun group of friends! A few nights ago our Asst Mgr, Angelica, was prepping for our movie night in August. Talk about making sure everything was in order - she set up everything after hrs, it was a big job, she wanted it done right. That’s what the staff here does, they go the extra mile so that our events are always done well!

Alexis, Shelley, Angelica and the maintenance and cleaning crew have been doing a wonderful job repairing and upgrading our facility. It’s nice to have some of the problems fixed. I love the location of this complex. It’s so convenient to grocery stores, doctors, bank, and my church. We have a wonderful, Friendly community atmosphere here. Linda

We continue to love living at Amberlin. There is so much to enjoy. My wife and I moved into Amberlin Georgetown in January 2025 and we love it here. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to make living here very special. The residents are wonderful. The location is superb. I've gotten involved with Pickleball and there are many fellow residents who I've gotten to know through this sport. In fact, we just completed our first ever Amberlin Georgetown Tournament. This is an amazing Active Adults Community and we are so glad that we moved here.

I moved in here beginning of March and I have never met a nicer group of people. The staff here is friendly efficient, and so happy to serve. The facility itself is beautiful. There’s a small dog park is a beautiful pool with water feature. There’s a space outside by the pool to sit cookout relax there’s a bocce court there’s a Pickleball court. I mean this is just a wonderful place and all of the people I’ve met here so far are amazing people. The Amber Lynn is truly a wonderful place to be.

I’m very happy living here at Amberlin, the area is always kept up. I love the activities that are provided. The staff members are always courteous, polite and helpful towards anything that may be addressed. I love the general area. Every thing is within driving distance for my needs.

My wife and I moved into Amberlin of Georgetown this past January. We love it here. The residents are wonderful. There are so many activities to enjoy including get togethers ,themed events, bocce, pickleball, the pool, the fitness center and so many other activities. The location is superb. We like to walk and can walk to the HEB, restaurants and the outside mall and we are also near Baylor Scott & White. At the same time, you can just get in your vehicle and be at all of these places in minutes. I've gotten involved with Pickleball and there are many fellow residents who I've gotten to know through this sport. This is an amazing Active Adults Community

Amberlin Georgetown has very nice apartment plans to select from. They have a lot of different activities to keep you busy on a daily basis. The people that live here have been very friendly, helpful, cordial, and supportive to me. Where the apartments are located, everything is very convenient. If you really want to, you can walk to the Outlet Mall, HEB, and the corner stores.

This is my first apartment life and it is outstanding. Management, especially Shelley, are always on top of things. There are always interesting and varied activities. For the very few maintenance issues, maintenance is always on top of it and there within minutes! Even on a Saturday!

I have lived here for about a year and we love the complex we love the amenities we love the staff, especially Terry Connor. He has done a wonderful job keeping this place clean and everything is always clean and well-maintained and make sure that the outside too where all the amenities are cleaned and trash cans emptied, and windows sparkling clean. The entire staff has done a great job of keeping everything as a well oiled machine from upper management to leasing agents to maintenance to housekeeping.

Terry is the best! His housekeeping skills make all of the common areas sparkle. Besides that, he is willing to go the extra mile to help residents who request help with various tasks. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and enjoy the space and the interaction among residents.
